As a graduate of both Arizona State University and BYU’s Ensign College, I have worked in the health insurance field for eleven years. I first began working as a Medicare Program Manager, then worked at UnitedHealthcare as a Market Growth Manager. Now, I am excited to be working as the Director of Training and Development for Bridlewood Insurance!
I got into Medicare as a way to help my grandparents and fell in love with the opportunity to truly help others as I assisted them in navigating the complex Medicare space. Bridlewood Insurance aligns with my vision and offers the support I need to continue helping people every single day.
My philosophy when working with my Medicare clients is simple: I believe everyone deserves access to the best healthcare options available, the benefits they’ve earned, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing they’re covered. Navigating Medicare can be confusing, but I see it as my responsibility to simplify the process, educate my clients, and ensure they make informed decisions about their health coverage. I am committed to helping people not only find the right insurance plan, but also take full advantage of the benefits designed to support their wellbeing. Beyond just coverage, I care about my clients’ overall health and quality of life. That’s why I take the time to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide ongoing support. My goal is to be a trusted advocate, helping them access the care they need so they can live healthier, happier lives with confidence in their healthcare choices.
As for my personal life, I originally grew up in Southern California and now live in Clermont, Florida with my husband of twelve years, our three beautiful children, our two dogs, and our two cats. In our spare time, my husband and I coach little league baseball for our sons. When we aren’t on the baseball field, we are driving all over Florida for our daughter’s travel soccer team. We also love to go to Walt Disney World with our kids, explore Florida, and go to the beach.

My roots are strong and deeply planted on the open plains of North Dakota. I grew up in a small rural community on a multigenerational farm, where we raised various crops, beef cattle and horses. The farm taught me the value of hard work, integrity and working together. At age 16, I began my mission to serve people, in the local café as a cook. I loved seeing the locals and meeting new visitors as they traveled through the area.
My first career was Cosmetology, before jumping with both feet into health care. Completing 144 credits in two years I earned my Respiratory Care Practitioner degree, specializing in critical care, taking care of the COPD patients and all patients from 24-week gestation preemie to the special geriatric people that frequented our hospital, and became friends of mine.
I am proud to say I have over 30 years of experience in health care. I am board certified in Sleep Medicine, and LOVE providing care. I understand the importance of health care and being insured with appropriate medical coverage, consistent with your needs. Medicare does NOT need to be complicated…Let me “COACH” you.
During all my studies, I still had time to meet the man of my dreams, we have surpassed our 35-year anniversary and have grown a family of two lovely boys, who are now stepping up to the family plate, along with their beautiful wives and have given me the best title of all, “Gigi”.
I love to travel, especially to warm places, with North Dakota roots, my tree seems to be a palm tree.
Spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people are always on my calendar. Let’s get connected, I want to learn about you and your roots, what gets you up in the morning. Coaching you to find your best fit in your Medicare choices, for your “Golden Years”.
“You’re off to Great Places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, So… get on your way!” Dr. Seuss

Helping seniors navigate the confusing and ever-changing world of Medicare evolved naturally for David. For over 2 decades, he has worked in the medical industry.
A good listener with demonstrated leadership.
In the early eighties, David founded Wolfe Media Inc. – a national consultancy working with TV, radio, and newspaper companies. His communication skills served him well and he soon became a sought-after speaker and industry columnist, traveling extensively. In the nineties, David was hired by CBS Television to work with their “owned and operated” stations throughout the country. Much of his time was spent in Florida, Texas, California, and New Hampshire – the same states where he is licensed to help Medicare recipients today!

Ethan has been selling Medicare for almost 3 years now, but he has been in Health insurance prior to that, starting out with Life, Cancer, and Accident Insurance. He branched into Medicare insurance because he felt the need to help those people navigate through their health insurance, which could truly change their life. Ethan is eager to help his clients find the best plan to meet their needs while saving them money and giving them peace of mind. He also speaks with his clients about Cancer and Heart Attack insurance, because he knows how devastating financially it could be in the event that either of these occurs. He enjoys the fact that being a Medicare agent means he can make his own schedule, which frees up time for him to travel with his wife. Ethan feels Bridlewood has an amazing support system for their agents and members and is excellent at making an agent feel welcomed and motivated.
He currently resides in Sherman, Texas with his wife, Tiana. They have been together since May of 2015 and recently got married on Christmas eve of 2020. They have two cats named Benji and Sterling, and they are their entire world. Ethan enjoys watching football (San Francisco 49’ers!), watching westerns, and reading. He and Tiana also enjoy playing Monopoly and Scrabble.
Medicare agent in Frisco, TX.
My name is Caitlyn Vu; Prior to joining Bridlewood Insurance, I was with another agency for two years. During those two years, I struggled and did not know what to do to succeed in the field. In 2017, I met Denice Merrill, who is my current upline with Bridlewood Insurance. Denice and Bridlewood have taught me so much in the Medicare business as well as their ongoing support to get to where I am today. My area of specialty within Medicare Insurance would be that I go above and beyond my call and duty as an agent to service my clients. My favorite part of this job is that I don’t see myself as a salesperson like how I used to when I was in the banking world. I see myself more like a consultant who helps clients choose the right health plan that meets their needs.
I was born in Vietnam, and my family Immigrated to America in 03/1995. I grew up in San Diego and moved to Orange County after I got married. Recently, my family moved to Texas, and we have been living here since.
My husband’s name is Matthew Nguyen, and we have been married for 11 years. We have two beautiful daughters, Grace and Allyson.
I love to cook and bake. I like to watch Korean dramas and TV shows during my spare time.

Stephan is a native Californian and has spent 20 years in sales management in the high-tech electronics industry. He started in the Medicare insurance field about 5 years ago, and thoroughly enjoys working with seniors helping them make that complicated decision on which medical plan is best for them. Stephan represents many of the major Medicare carriers and is able to help guide his clients to the appropriate plan, based on their medical and financial concerns, all the while enabling them to keep their doctor.
David has an Associates degree in Technology. He has a successful financial services practice, offering 403B and IRA retirement investments, focusing on teachers and others wanting to save for retirement above and beyond what their company retirement/pension plan offers. David holds both his Series 66 and Series 7 securities licenses, and has his Life, Health, and Property & Casualty Insurance licenses. He recently decided to add Medicare planning to the portfolio of products he offers.
David decided to partner with Bridlewood Insurance, after speaking with the President and the Recruiting Director, and finding that their attitude about “the client always comes first” aligned with his own viewpoint. He enjoys helping people work toward their life goals, and really likes the idea of guiding them through the Medicare maze and helping them select a plan that is the most appropriate for them based on their health concerns, preferred doctors, and prescription drugs.
Originally from Silicon Valley, California, David moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas in 2014. He served in the US Navy in the mid 1980’s. David is an NHL Hockey fan, and had season tickets for the San Jose Sharks for the first 14 years of their existence, and then after the strike he gave up his tickets but still loves watching them on TV. He now refers to them as the “Guppies”, because they haven’t won the Stanley Cup yet. When they finally win it, he will recognize them as the Sharks. In his spare time, David loves to travel, and has been to 6 of the 7 continents in the world!
