I first met Mataya in October 2023 while she was assisting another Bridlewood broker. I was impressed with her sincere attention to detail and making sure that my needs were accomplished. I kept in contact with her. In October 2025 I contacted her about becoming my broker to secure a different Medicare plan for 2026. Mataya Yoakam did not disappoint; she helped me work through the transition to a new plan. Mataya is knowledgeable and available to communicate when needed. She returned my calls and answered my emails in a timely manner. I give Mataya my highest recommendation.
