Born in the Philippines and raised in Guam, Jessica now lives in City Heights, San Diego with her partner Jeff. She holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Maryland. A retired U.S. Army Senior Supply Sergeant, she has extensive experience in managing government programs and supporting physical and mental health initiatives.

Jessica transitioned to insurance with the help of Justus Gray and David Wolfe from Bridlewood Insurance. Her diverse background includes roles in retail, hospitality, food service, and as a Citibank agent.

Fluent in Tagalog, Jessica enjoys sports, hiking, photography, and cultural activities. She also loves relaxing at home with Jeff. She believes in Bridlewood’s motto: Rule #1: ALWAYS do what is best for the client, EVERY TIME. Rule #2: ALWAYS follow Rule #1.
