I met Moote at the senior fair in Nampa. She followed up quickly, and we made an appointment. She offered to come to my home, I chose to go to her office. She was ready on time and gave me her full attention, listened carefully, asked specific questions, and presented several plans, which included options for things I would not have considered. I learned a lot, saved some money, and got a new plan that suits my needs. I appreciated her professionalism and caring presentation.

Liz has answered my panic calls several times and talked to me about options for my military husband, when other military wives are telling me that we can't wait and must make choices NOW. But Liz calms me down, reminding me that we talked about this and that the choices we are making (to wait) are good choices and we will be fine! What I have discovered since starting this journey, is that every single one of us have different circumstances and with a friend to guide us through the maze of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans...we will be ok! Liz, I love your newsletters!! I really want to thank you for being so efficient in your job! I had my 1st Medicare wellness-the Dr refilled my prescriptions--and my pharmacy told me with my United Health it would be over $200.00!!! So they put them on a "discount card" and my cost $85.00!! So, I looked up my medications like you and I did and ordered online-at ZERO cost! Also, I ordered my quarterly OTC items too! The gal my husband went to did NOT emphasis this option--he knew nothing about the OTC perk! You are fantastic! I really appreciate all the time you took with me to make sure I understood how to use my plan! Brenda H
