Anna has been my Medicare agent going on 3 years now and I plan to continue having her as my agent. She is always willing to answer any questions or give insight for anything medicare. She listens to your questions and concerns and helps direct you to the plan that best fits your needs. She is a very kind and caring person and always willing to meet you face to face instead of just a voice over the phone or that agent behind the email. She goes out of her way to make the entire Medicare process easy on her clients. I am very grateful to have her as my agent.

Anna is one of the most dedicated, thorough and caring professionals I have had the honor to work with. She was highly recommended by someone that I trusted, and Anna was the only person that was recommended. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for in new Medicare coverage, including the doctors and the type of coverage I wanted (eye, dental, etc). She took the information and very quickly responded back with several options. Anna pointed out the benefits or each plan, including one that I only knew the name of but wasn't initially considering. After reviewing the information Anna sent, I went with the plan that she had highlighted some of the additional benefits of. This is why you find someone like Anna and stay with them - they are experts in matching your needs to the available plans out there. Anna also brought up the option of switching to the new plan quickly, based on a qualifying event, saving me months of waiting to get the care I need. Anna went the extra mile several times, calling the doctors I was interested in starting with and confirming they take the plan I am switching to. Anna addresses every detail to make sure a new plan is the best fit. Healthcare in the US is not easy to navigate, until you find a Medicare specialist like Anna. I have already recommended Anna to several family members and friends and will continue to tell more people have efficient and effective Anna is in matching you with a Medicare plan. Anna Kozikowski with Bridlewood is THE independent Medicare Agent to work with! I recently worked with Anna and want to share how professional and caring she is. She asked all the right questions to learn what was important to me, including the name of a doctor and benefits that included an eye and dental plan. Very quickly, Anna took my information down and then followed up the same day with two plans that best fit what I wanted. She took the time to call the doctor's office and confirm they accepted the plan I was considering. She also called the plan I selected to ensure a new insurance card was being sent out quickly. Anna knew about a qualifying event that helped me get my Medicare switched many months sooner that if I had done this myself, saving me time and getting me set up for healthcare in a matter of weeks, not months. Anna is independent, she presents the best options and points out things (like the qualifying event) that most people don't take advantage of. You can get new Medicare coverage on your own, but I don't know why you would not work with someone like Anna that is focused on your Medicare needs, and treats you with respect and the care that we all should show to each other. I have already recommended Anna to family and friends and look forward to working with her in the future if I decide to make any Medicare changes. I highly recommend Anna Kozikowski, she is now part of my healthcare team!

Anna brought clarity to chaos. I thought I would be able to handle signing up for Medicare, but I quickly started to have questions. A rep at Sharp listened to some questions and said "You need to talk to this woman". She gave me Anna's name and number. Anna made it all simple. She answered all my questions, even anticipating them. She was so helpful that, when it was time for my husband to sign up, I put him in touch with Anna. She was equally helpful for him.
